Getting Started:

There is nothing to be afraid of - no User can accidentally damage the Database as a whole. However, a User can of course delete or corrupt their own record(s) if they are careless. The administrator will backup the database regularly but this will not necessarily include every record if something is lost between backups. However, the best method is to exercise care and pay attention to what  you need to do.
