To help you get to know the Harmony CBC Database the following Help Information has been prepared, so always read this help first

Before we start with the Help Information you might want to know how to get help if you get confused or lost and can't find the help you need in these Help notes.

Please only telephone the following help number in an emergency, always use the on-line help system in preference. if you do not get a response in 12 hours then telephone. Also, do not email the Database Administrator directly as the enquiry is less likely to be seen than if sent through the On-line Help System.
